On January 24-26, the second workshop for development of a textbook on European Studies in the Caucasus for undergraduate students at South Caucasus universities was held in Tbilisi, Georgia.

On January 24-26, the second workshop for development of a textbook on European Studies in the Caucasus for undergraduate students at South Caucasus universities was held in Tbilisi, Georgia. Specialists from Germany, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia and Ukraine attended the event organized by the Caucasian European Studies Association. The new textbook approaches the teaching of European studies in light of the values held by the European Union and in the context of the South Caucasus. Azerbaijan was represented by Rahim Rahimov, a representative of Baku International Multiculturalism Center (BIMC). At the workshop, Mr. Rahimov made a comparative review of the approaches to the notion of tolerance of the BIMC and the European Union’s newly-created commissioner’s office.
