Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in accordance with paragraph 5.3 of the “Charter of the Baku International Multiculturalism Centre” approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan number 167 dated May 15, 2014, I hereby order:
